Customer Portal Migration
Doing business with UTC Aerospace Systems (UTAS) is getting easier as we conclude our business migration to our new Customer Portal this year.
Currently, our customers are transacting spare and repair business with the Hamilton Sundstrand organization, as well as accessing Hamilton Sundstrand and Goodrich technical publications via our single source website: https://www.customers.utcaerospacesystems.com.
Our phased migration will be completed this year with the introduction of our Goodrich ecommerce businesses.

What has changed?
The new website address for both Hamilton Sundstrand ecommerce, Hamilton Sundstrand Technical Publication and Goodrich Technical Publication is: https://www.customers.utcaerospacesystems.com.
What about Legacy Goodrich eCommerce?
We will soon complete our migration efforts to deliver a single Customer Portal experience for UTC Aerospace Systems. This final migration effort brings together the legacy Hamilton Sundstrand and Goodrich businesses and customers under a single Customer Portal website. Users can quickly and easily obtain order and account status in one location while also accessing order related documents and technical publications.
If you are currently registered on the Goodrich Customer Portal, registration closure will be coming soon. Register now to prevent access delays at www.customers.goodrich.com.
The basic ecommerce functionality has not changed. You will be able to search parts, submit RFQs, place orders, and view order status.
The Technical Publications search function has been improved and you will now be able to see all of your requested and viewable publications via your ‘My Publications’ page.
For notification of new publications and publication updates, please setup your email preferences using the User Guide (Email Preferences and Notification Management).
Training Materials will be transitioned over to the Customer Training Learning Management System (LMS) online site at: https://utc-external.plateau.com/learning/user/login.jsp. You will be able to search the course catalog, view the instructor-led scheduled course offerings, and access training materials that include Training Manuals (TM) and online-learning courses. If you have attended a UTC Aerospace Systems course after 2013, you may already have a User ID for the LMS (this is different than your HSVAS/Portal login). The Ground Support Equipment request for quote functionality has not changed. You will be directed to the GSE website, https://utasweb.utc.com/gse, to submit your tooling and test equipment quote requests.
Will I need a new ID or password?
No, you will not need a new ID or Password. If you are currently registered on the HSVAS website, or if you are an existing user of the new UTC Aerospace Systems (UTAS) Customer Portal, you will continue using the same login credentials.
If you had an inactive account with Hamilton Sundstrand on the legacy PowerPage or HSVAS sites, you will need to re-register for access to our new website. Please click the “Request Access” button on our home page.
